  • The board must be ready to register and each member's approval letter must be presented as evidence.

  • The authority letter is required, which must be signed by each member of the board of directors.

  • Copies of all the above documents must be submitted at the required registration fee.

Before registering, make sure that no other state-owned company or NGO is registered with the same name.

Registration renewal procedure

The NGO and societies registry in Delhi must renew their registration certificate within five years. To this end, the board of directors must complete a new renewal registration form.

Renewal fees are also paid as registration fees if the deadline has not expired. If the deadline has expired, an additional fee of 25 must be paid if the extension is made within one month of the deadline.
